I believe that everyone can benefit from lifting weights, we shouldn’t feel guilt around our food choices, and life is seasonal. I do not promote quick fixes, cleanses or diets, or comparing one person’s journey to another’s.

I’m Nicole, a wife, a mom of 3 kiddos + a fur child, and a certified personal trainer & nutrition coach for moms!
I know how hard it can be to make time for yourself as a busy mom. I also know that feeling good in your body will have a positive effect on everything else in your life. That’s where I can help!
My mission is to help moms to feel good in their bodies, be strong for their families, and live well for themselves…through strength training and non-restrictive eating.
