Fitness coach for moms

fitness doesn’t have to end when motherhood begins. but it certainly changes…

I spent the first 10 years of my personal training career working with a wide range of clients, from school-age athletes to adults wanting to lose weight and maintain healthy lifestyles. Then I got pregnant with my first son and found myself lost with how to train safely throughout my pregnancy, and with no one to really give me good advice on what to do or not to do. The information available at that time was outdated, and it seemed like it was either one extreme or the other.

Then came postpartum, and I was convinced I would “bounce back” quickly. I mean, I was fit beforehand so it should all come back easily, right? HA! I had so much to learn…

There are so many aspects of motherhood that you don’t fully understand until you experience it…and a lot of things people don’t talk about. The struggle to get back to feeling myself again, both physically and mentally, inspired me to want to work with other moms during pregnancy & postpartum. I want to be a support person for women in all stages of motherhood, to help them find their new normal & continue to do the things they love to do!

As a mom, I know how hard it can be to make time for yourself. You have your family to take care, and one (or more!) other jobs outside of being a mom, there just isn’t enough time in the day.

I also know that when you feel good physically, it can positively affect the rest of your life. I am here to help you do just that!

I will show you how to fit exercise and healthy eating into your busy life, and give you the tools to make your fitness goals both attainable and sustainable.
