Hi, I’m Nicole! If you’re a mom looking to improve your health & fitness, but don’t know where to start, you’ve come to the right place!

My Story

I spent the first 10 years of my training career working with a wide range of clients, from school-age athletes to adults wanting to lose weight and maintain healthy lifestyles. Then I got pregnant with my first son and found myself lost with how to train throughout my pregnancy, and with no one to really give me good advice on what to do or not to do.

Then came postpartum, and I was convinced I would “bounce back” quickly. I mean, I was fit beforehand so it should all come back easily, right? HA! I had so much to learn…

There are so many aspects of motherhood that you don’t fully understand until you experience it…and a lot of things people don’t talk about. The struggle to get back to feeling myself again, both physically and mentally, inspired me to want to work with other moms. I want to be a support person for women in all stages of motherhood, to help them find their new normal & continue to do the things they love to do!

My Approach

As a mom, I know how hard it can be to make time for yourself. You have your family to take care, and one (or more!) other jobs outside of being a mom, there just isn’t enough time in the day.

I also know that when you feel good physically, it can positively affect the rest of your life. I am here to help you do just that!

I will show you how to fit exercise and healthy eating into your busy life, and give you the tools to make your fitness goals both attainable and sustainable.


Nicole’s prenatal and postpartum training programs were perfect for me. Pre-pandemic, I went to a CrossFit gym 4-5 days per week. During the pandemic, I modified those types of workouts at home. When I got pregnant, it was important for me to stay active and to do it in a safe manner for both me and my baby. Nicole’s training gave me exactly what I needed each week as my body changed and grew. She was also there to answer any questions and checked in weekly. After I recovered from an unexpected c-section, Nicole’s programming eased me back into things and got me back to moving in a safe and effective way.

As an ex-D1 athlete and semi pro soccer player…I was a very physically active person. I’m now a mommy to 2 young boys, and was gifted post baby personal training with Nicole!

I have worked with Nicole 2-3 months postpartum strengthening my core, pelvic floor, but also had a chronic back injury that’s troubled me since college. I would have flare-ups that would immobilize me for days. The idea of not being able to physically hold my babies put me on my knees in devastation.

I’ve worked with Nicole through quarantine, and I have the strength I haven’t seen since my collegiate days before my back injury! Nicole has so much knowledge, in all aspects of postpartum, how to safely return to physical activity and lifting weights. Nicole is my reason!
